President John Dramani Mahama cut-sod for TDC’s new oxygen city project in Ho.

As Chief Presidential Observer, it is my fervent hope that members of the NDC and the ruling government alike will emulate the composure and leadership demonstrated by President John Dramani Mahama. The President has made it clear that his overriding objective is to pursue people-centred policies that deliver tangible benefits to the people of Ghana.

Speaking at the sod-cutting ceremony for TDC’s New Oxygen City project in Ho in the Volta Region, President Mahama encouraged the public to invest confidently in the housing development. He took the opportunity to outline measures being put in place to ensure easier access to financing for prospective purchasers.

The President further reiterated that the land secured by the Ministry of Works and Housing for the project is free from all encumbrances, thereby safeguarding the interests of future homeowners.

In total, the project will deliver at least 1,800 apartments, complemented by recreational spaces and modern shopping facilities, creating a unique living environment.

President Mahama therefore called on the public to take advantage of the current economic climate and invest in the government’s housing schemes.
